    Close relationships matters, and the quality of your relationships literally affects your physical and mental health. Foster felt-sense of intimacy, security and love by bringing relationship as a centre of awareness.

Program Contents

  • Week 1

    Our initial session will be dedicated to assessing your current situation and creating a personalised session plan to fit your unique goals. It includes foundation of mindfulness and how you can incorporate the practice in your daily routine.

  • Week 2

    Keep cultivating the capacity to stay in the present moment. In the week 2, I’ll introduce embodiment through body scan and mindfulness of emotions and thoughts, exploring how you identify yourself is also affecting the way you perceive the world and self-efficacy.

  • Week 3

    Dive deep into key emotions that are triggered frequently. Using a technique called “RAIN” - Recognise what’s happening, Allow the experience to be there, Investigate with curiosity and care, and Nurture with self-compassion. I’ll guide you through an interactive meditation to gain insights into your embodied emotional experience and explore possibility of its transformation.

  • Week 4

    In the week 4, we’ll cultivate open and compassionate heart through loving-kindness meditation to strengthen the capacity for self-love, as well as love towards others. Bringing awareness to interconnectedness and gratitude, this final session will help you identify your heart-felt intentions that you carry every day.

Not at all! I’ll walk you through every step of the way to resolve emotional challenges you are facing by applying mindfulness techniques. I’ll also equip you with evidence-based knowledge and tips to enhance your emotional wellbeing that you will be able to apply to a number of other situations.

Is it like a psychotherapy?

Some of you might find it therapeutic as we go through interactive guided meditation together. That being said, I don’t diagnose clinical symptoms and treat them accordingly. The program focuses on: 1. bringing insights into your unique emotional experiences and 2. equipping you with knowledge and techniques for long-lasting results.
